Caribbean Fantasy for Acoustic Guitar Hardcover – January 1, 1997

In 1988 Alby James directed the Temba Theatre Company production of William Shakespeare's "Romeo and Juliet" . The play, for this production, was set in Cuba and the music score was composed to echo Latin, Caribbean & colonial moods. The music itself was "orchestrated" for solo nylon-strung guitar and performed on a Takamine guitar, which, combined with a Shadow GTM6 analogue to MIDI converter, triggered synthesizers and produced the orchestral, sound and stage effects. "Caribbean Fantasy for Acoustic Guitar" is a compilation of the main pieces from the two and a half hours of music that the play contained.
