Henry Pro Grade 988 Silicone Roof Coating

This professional-grade silicone roof coating delivers superior protection against extreme weather, UV radiation, ozone, and temperature fluctuations. Its high solids, one-component formula contains no hydrocarbon solvents, allowing for a single-coat application up to 50 mils thick without blistering or compromising adhesion. Suitable for a variety of roofing surfaces—including smooth asphaltic BUR, smooth or granulated cap sheets, single-ply membranes, well-adhered acrylic coatings, metal, SPF, and aged membranes—this coating ensures long-lasting performance. For optimal results, surfaces should be pressure-washed with at least a 2,000 psi washer, and must be dry and frost-free before application. The coating can be easily applied using a 1/2 to 1-inch nap roller, brush, or commercial airless spray rig.
