Steel Fire Door REI 60 by Porte Italiane

Our REI 60 fire doors are engineered to withstand fire, maintaining the look of regular internal doors. Upon detecting a fire, the door automatically closes to hinder the spread of flames.

• Doors: Crafted from hot-dip galvanized steel sheets, press-folded and spot-welded, featuring a perimeter rebate and internal galvanized steel reinforcements. Insulated with treated mineral wool, and equipped with internal plates for door closer and handle mounting
• Frame: Constructed from hot-dip galvanized steel sheets with seats for heat-expanding and rebate gaskets. Suitable for wall fixing using brackets or dowels. Includes a removable floor cover strip, plastic strikers for lock and bolts, and heat-expanding gaskets on vertical and central door profiles
• Hinges: Each door leaf has two three-wing hinges. One is load-bearing with thrust balls and vertical adjustment screws, CE marked, and rated for up to 160 kg and 200,000 cycles. The other has a self-closing spring
• Rostra: Two safety rostra are applied on the hinge side for added security
• Lock: Reversible with latch and central deadbolt, CE marked to EN 12209 standards. Includes a patent key insert and predisposition for a European type cylinder
• Panic Handle: Horizontal anodized aluminum bar that engages with lever arms to operate the lock
• Identification Plate: Metallic plate displaying door identification data, compliant with current regulations
• Finish: Coated with thermoset epoxy-polyester powders at 180°C, providing a scratch-resistant surface
